Deliveries
All orders are sent within 5 working days of purchase. In the UK parcels are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and can take more than 2 weeks to arrive.
Duties and Taxes
Some orders placed from outside the UK will require additional taxes and duties. These cannot be arranged or paid for on this website and therefore are the responsibility of the customer. Night River Wood cannot reimburse any of these costs.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your print or publication please return it to the address below. Once the product is returned in saleable condition a full refund will be made, minus postage costs.
